Qesque’s Delivery Service

All orders ship from Qesque’s cozy little workshop and into your realm through an address somewhere in Texas, USA.

Domestic U.S. Delivery Route

For adventurers across the 50 states and U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and DC), shipping is automatically selected based on the weight and packaging of your wares:

• 🌍 Small orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days, or up to 7 days during peak seasons).
• 📦 Large orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage Cubic at a flat rate (2–5 business days, or up to 7 days during peak seasons).
• 🚚 Large orders ship via Priority Mail for a faster transit time at a higher expense (1–3 business days, or up to 4–5 days during peak seasons).

Please note that U.S. Minor Outlying Islands (such as Wake Island, Midway Atoll, and Baker Island) aren’t eligible for Ground Advantage shipping and will follow international rate schedules.

If you’re stationed on a military base or overseas territory, be sure to check with your local mail center or agency for address eligibility. Qesque can’t guarantee delivery to restricted APO/FPO locations.

International Delivery Route

Adventurers from distant lands can also count on Qesque’s global delivery service, calculating shipments based on your order’s weight and destination:

• 🌍 Small orders ship via First-Class International (7–21 business days, longer if remote or during peak seasons). USPS tracking applies until the parcel leaves the U.S. and can be tracked using the USPS tracking portal. After leaving the U.S., tracking depends on the destination postal service. Insurance is not included.
• 🚚 Large orders ship via Priority Mail International (6–10 business days, or up to 14 if remote or during peak seasons). USPS tracking applies until the parcel leaves the U.S. and can be tracked using the USPS tracking portal. After leaving the U.S., tracking depends on the destination postal service. Shipping includes $100 insurance by default.

Because every country has its own rules about import fees, VAT, and duties, please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs charges, taxes, or brokerage fees when their parcel arrives. Some countries hold deliveries until these fees are paid.

Qesque cannot ship to embargoed or restricted territories including North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, or Russian-occupied regions like Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, that means shipping there isn’t possible. Thank you for your understanding.

EU Product Safety Compliance

If you're an adventurer from the European Union, rest assured, select Qesque goods are fully equipped for EU travel!

Any products shipped to the EU meet the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR). They include proper labeling, batch traceability, safety warnings (in five languages!), and the contact details of our brave EU-based Representative:

Tracking Troubles

If tracking is stuck “In Transit” it’s sometimes due to USPS skipping updates. For U.S. orders, please allow up to 3 weeks from ship date for parcels to arrive; for international orders, allow up to 6 weeks. Still no news? Contact us!

If your tracking says “Delivered” but your parcel is missing, give it a day or two. Carriers sometimes mark parcels as “Delivered” early. Check with your local post office. Unfortunately, Qesque can’t replace items marked as “Delivered” if they go missing afterward.
